The rope wasn't really the type of rope you would use for a dog toy though -- it was that hard plastic type of feel and the thing wasn't chewed on at all, he was just carrying it around


The cops just came by and apparently there's a group home down the street that runs behind our building... Occasionally they will have people walk off who have mental disorders. Wooo
