This not washing one's hair business works pretty well. Granted, I'm also not doing anything to it expect putting it in the ponytail, and trying to keep it from getting tangled too much.

I washed it Friday, and then went camping. Didn't wash it til Monday. I haven't washed it since. It's pretty grody (to me) right now, but I'm gonna wait to wash it til tomorrow, when I have work. I may or may not wash it again on Monday, when I work again. Hopefully, I can get down to only having to wash my hair 2x week. The ends especially are looking great.

Of course, all this is gonna be worthless when I start swimming again. In the meantime, it's quite nice to be able to shower and get ready to go in under 20 minutes

awesome. want.

Update on ^. The 10th was the last time I washed my hair. Today, I needed stunning hair, because I've been bummed about my bf being out of town. I definitely could have looked presentable for another day or two, though. I resisted the urge to use a clarifying shampoo.

i know not washing and styling really really helps my hair. and though it is fine, it isn't greasy which is weird. it is really really dry. so i can go a few days. it feels gross to me but looks normal to everyone else. and also if i wash it but let it air dry (STILL need to find a good product for this) it can look presentable (i have waves...not curls...not pathetic waves, but somewhere in between).

which is why i can't decide how to cut my hair (i need to get it cut over my fall break. i went to design gallery this summer and liked, so will prob try to get in there). i can't decide if i want a long-ish bob (like shoulder length angled in the front shorter in the back. kinda like gwenyth paltrow cut her hair recently) OR if i should just keep it the way it is but get it trimmed/healthy. i'm so bored with it but it is nice to be able to pull it back. and let it air dry if i feel like it (that doesn't work for me w/ shorter hair, i just look like a mess).

It's 24 active days instead of 21, and that confused me because of my previous experiences with 21-day pills.

fat lady yoga pants?

I say yoga pants because I don't want the old lady lounge pants that I can find at catherines and/or lane bryant, for exercising.

I want something with a slimmer fit, and a waistband that isn't all up in the underboob.

They definitely have all sorts of sizes in work out clothing.

My mom found a sports bra there and suitable pants there, Target FTW

I've gotta go there soon anyways, so I'll check.

I'd fallen out of the habit of looking for anything there, due to size, but I've lost enough weight that that may be an option again.

I'm totally in love with these, but I can't justify spending that much. I don't think. They are only $7.50 more than hte other option I'm looking at...

^^Correct.

My favorite "yoga pants" came from Old Navy!

They are all the time having sales so you can find stuff super cheap.

Lol, I never knew that people called these boots riding boots. It makes me laugh. THESE are my riding boots (which cost significantly more than fashion boots):

I guess now I can start wearing them everywhere

Saw this on piperlime, and it made me laugh.

Look at the little model ponies!

I am curious to know what you ladies use for eye make up remover. I have origins and clinique. clinique really takes of waterproof stuff but leaves a bit of an oily residue. I am looking for something that is good for waterproof liner etc but doesn't leave a oily feel. sensitive eyes too would be great.

But, it's $$$$, so I use the really nice round cotton pads from target, and Neutrogena's liquid remover, and a container to make my own wet pads. This leaves some oily residue, but it's not as bad as some others.

I don't feel like finding a link. Post the traits about these sheets that you like, and I'll give you some input

GoldenGirl, I use Lancome's Bifacil. I normally wouldn't pay for something like that, but my aunt gives me all of her leftovers of the Lancome free gift sets she gets. She wears the foundation, and stocks up during the gift sales, but she mainly just takes the lipstick. So I get Bifacil, eyeshadow, and sometimes Definicils ()/

It's pretty awesome, but it still leaves some oily residue, which I hate. So after I use it, I just use an astringent. I randomly picked up a blue Neutrogena astringent at Target that I now love love love. My skin is easy to deal with (thank goodness for that), so I just use the Bifacil and then the astringent and I'm set for my skin care routine for the most part.

i'm switching from the face.....to feet (and we can possibly include hands in this, and maybe entire body)

i have SUCH dry, itchy skin in the winter. i swear i have tried everything. suggestions?

and along with the dry skin hands and feet obviously are the worst. ESPECIALLY feet. my skin is really rough and i probably need a pedicure. but do you guys use pumice stones? moisturizer? i mean my feet are kinda gross even in the summer. definitely my least favorite body part. and they could be so cute because they're small. but they're pretty yucky. i guess from a lot of sports and walking around with out shoes and just not taking adequate care of them

i am also interested in the full body moisturizers though. because NOTHING works. i'm itchy. i'm scaley. i love winter but i hate winter skin.

apply baby oil to your skin after you shower and before you dry off, then pat dry... this is of course only if you have time

but it works for me

other than that, i just use lots of lotion, and not smelly stuff, it always seems to not work as well, e.g. VS or Bath and Body stuff, unless its that blue spa stuff from Bath and Body Works... I also use those shea butter things from the Body Shop, those work the best and they smell good
