When I go into work third shift, and I'm finishing up all the work 1st shift couldn't do... WTF. There is 25% less staff during the night, yet my coworker and I get twice as much accomplished? WTF is wrong with that picture?! I think some fucking people from the day crew need to get their asses shown to the door. It's not like they contribute to anything...

That's okay. Operation "fuck 'em" is has been enacted. We're doing what we are supposed to, and just letting the work pile up on day crew now. FUCK THEM ALL, except the manager because she's nice and I pity she has to work with the day people.

That could be related to how much supervision there is on dayshift and the ability to get the job done quickly with supervision around.

I would never recommend my approach to anyone else, as it would most often result in being reprimanded at best, or terminated at worst. For most employees, challenging management is very dangerous and is generally speaking, a death wish. However, I have brought in a lot of revenue for the company, and I'm not even within the Sales/Marketing department, so I have upper-management's ear, plus I'm the IT guy for the Raleigh office.

Not reading through this whole thread so this may have been mentioned:

I HATE people who act like they own the equipment of the company. Example:

This guy I work with will make statements like "Yeah I got my #1 Machine down because my motor on my pump went bad" Fuck that you do not own any of that equipment.

It is more like the #1 Machine is down because a motor on the pump went bad. I do not know why but that shit pisses me off (I'm not the only one in the management team that feels this way too).
