Beat two eggs and a quarter cup of milk together in a small bowl and set aside.
Drain one 15 Oz can of salmon and then dump it into a bigger bowl.
Crush up a sleeve of saltines. I normally put them in a gallon zip lock and beat it with a rolling pin. I like my crackers to be three hits less than cracker dust.
Put the crackers in the bowl with the salmon.
Season it. I liie salt, pepper, and danos Cajun seasoning.
Fold in the cheese David!...jk...just use a spatula to fold it all up and incorporate it together
Then add the egg and milk mixture and just keep folding it all up until its thoroughly mixed.

Take a cast iron skillet over medium heat and throw in like 2 tbsp of veggie oil and 1 tbsp of butta...let them butt fuck each other until two cums become one!

Use your hands to start forming patties (I normally get like six from 1 can)
Put them in the skillet...make sure they have some breathing room...they dont like to cuddle after.
Wait until they are a nice golden brown and then flip. And then wait until that side looks like my skin in September all suntanned and glowy...
So then you take them out of the pan and put them on a plate with two layers of paper towels to suck up all the mess she made from her sexcapades.

You can eat as is or put it on a hamburger bun with some dukes or you can make a lemon dill aioli.

Do what you have to do to survive. If that baby had been fed, diaper changed, comfortable temp. And laying in his crib screaming and you need a fucking break...then take the god damn break.

Also if there is another adult in the house and you're losing your shit, gontonwhere you can't hear him screaming....although thats more advice for the mama

Also...just so you know, your baby crying will cause his mama literal physical pain if the cries go on for a while. So dont get annoyed if she gets pissy.

^^ozempic baby! I swear I never knew what it felt like to feel full until I started it. I would literally eat until I felt sick. Now, I get the sensation of feeling full. Also, combined with metform my a1c is freaking AMAZING!
Then add adderall to the cocktail (adhd diagnosis in my 30s - explains so much) and I will forget to eat. Down 80 pounds. With a healthy BMI. I feel amazing.
