feet: use a pumice stone, i just keep one in my shower and use it almost every time, then lotion my feet after i get out... my feet arent so bad even though i wear flip flops year round, its my hands that are horrible, i use vaseline or even sleep in gloves, the tops of my hands get little splits in them all the time during the winter

ugh, i feel like this is TMI for TWW

not really...you could say a lot worse...yesterday you mentioned how you dont shave your legs in the winter when you are single...thats more tmi than saying your hands get cracks in them

and along with the dry skin hands and feet obviously are the worst. ESPECIALLY feet. my skin is really rough and i probably need a pedicure. but do you guys use pumice stones? moisturizer? i mean my feet are kinda gross even in the summer. definitely my least favorite body part. and they could be so cute because they're small. but they're pretty yucky. i guess from a lot of sports and walking around with out shoes and just not taking adequate care of them
"

get the ped egg!! it works way better than a pumice stone. just don't go crazy with it like i did the first time

I have a ped-egg and I love it!

The best part is dumping it out It's one of those totally gross but way awesome moments when you see the "peelings" haha.

Joie's necklace vaguely reminds me of http://www.loverockny.com They are $Texas but sooo cute. If I had the dollar buck's I'd totally get this one! (with my initials of course) haha

I always wanted to have my initials carved in script into the back of a cab sapphire. that would be the bomb.

also I think a good pearl clasp would be white diamonds with monogram in black diamonds.

Damask is a type of weaving process that forms a pattern in the fabric.

You can have a damask stripe as well.

I'm going to get some rainboots after work today. I was looking for red but found these instead:

I think black would work with more outfits than just game day attire. I'm excited I've been wanting some rainboots for awhile now!

You should check out Rugged Warehouse! I was looking for some cheap shoes for Halloween and they had tons of rain boots. Even some Jcrew boots for 19.99.

It's not a place I frequent regularly so I'm not sure what they have right now.

I love Rugged Wearhouse. It would probably be pretty hit-or-miss if you go in looking for a specific item, but it's a good place to go if you have an itch to do some shopping and get a bunch of stuff for cheap.

Disclaimer: I love getting a giant bag of stuff for $25 ... the process of shopping there, however, is not so great.

I walked through the clothing section for a hot minute. I saw some good brands, but it started to make my head hurt. I can't shop in places that are so cluster fucked like that. I have to put myself in the mood to search when I go to places like that and like T.J. Maxx/Marshalls.

[Edited on November 14, 2008 at 9:56 AM. Reason : ^exactly my point!]

Yeah, it's a little bit like Wal-mart in that there are kids walking around screaming and throwing shit at each other while their moms are oblivious. I would tell them off but they don't speak English.

But, I have gotten a bunch of cute stuff from nice brands for really cheap so it's OK. I can deal with that for half an hour.

Rugged Wearhouse is my homeboy. I love it. For instance right now, I am wearing some Express jeans from there ($9.99) a brown Gap 3/4 shirt ($1) and some SUPER hot 70's wedges that I always get compliments on ($4.99).

Gotta friggin love it.
