wholly guacomole has a 50 cent coupon in this sunday's circular and if you go online they have another dollar off coupon

since most places double anything under a dollar, that's 2 bucks off. I took total advantage. you should too.

But you can't use both coupons on one package

You'd have to buy 2 packages to use both coupons

Actually I know at least Harris Teeter and probably a few others will count both if the online coupon is one that you save to your loyalty card. So if you have a printable or a newspaper q that's .50 off on one, and then there's an evic or even upromise that's another .50 off on one, they'll count it too, but it doesn't double.
So your .50 off on one paper coupon would double to $1 off, and your online coupon loaded to your vic card tacks on another .50 for $1.50 off.

Yeah, HT will let you use both an e-vic electronic coupon and a paper coupon on one item

But that is not what ddk was talking about I don't think

its so frustrating that no grocery stores near me double or triple coupons

and the biggest grocery store here doesn't allow their own in store deals to be combined with any other coupons or offers

so im mostly stuck with drugstore couponing and very limited discounting on food/grocery items

i found a grocery store that gives you 10% off your total groceries if you get a flu shot at their pharmacy so im going to take advantage of that but thats the best thing i have going!

Super Doubles at HT starting tomorrow

I don't know where else to post this but I found some Crayola products at Target 75% off

The one in Brier Creek had this:
http://www.target.com/p/Crayola-Glow-Explosion-Spin-Magic/-/A-12918241#?ref=tgt_adv_XSG10001&AFID=Froogle_df&LNM=%7C12918241&CPNG=toys&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=12918241

for $5.02

Its all on an end cap near the Stationery section.

Might make for some good Christmas gifts

I stocked up on soup and a few other things.
I also love it when the U-scan girl screws up and scans some of my coupons twice, especially when the coupon is for $1.50 off.

I got about $120 of stuff for around $40.

The sales were okay, but there were some high dollar things that I needed so it wasn't like crazy savings or anything. But totally fun as usual!

Things I was happy with:

Free Motts Apple Juice (facebook printable last week)
.49 Yobaby 4-pack yogurt (mailer)
Free Nivea Lip care (2/3 and the coupon from Sun was $3/2)
.50 Honey Bunches of Oats (printable)
.50 POM wonderful
.66 Picksweet Sides (penguin coupon)

I also got tons of marked down meat. They had sausage 5-packs for 3 dollars. So I ended up spending more than I wanted.

In terms of coupon items, too many coupons expired last weekend. At least we get anther 5-6 packs of coupons this weekend. Maybe there will be something in there.

I went tonight to the Cameron Village HT

They were out of the Nivea lip balms

I got one of the last boxes of Tampax Pearl on the shelf.

I had a $1/2 coupon for Sargento that Kroger sent me in the mail so I got some shredded cheese for $1 a bag. And I got some Pantene shampoo for $.50.

All the CVSs I have been to has the Nivea lip which is a mm this week. 4/10 and buy 10 get a $5 ECB

You can by the tubes that are in the hanger packages at the register. I actually haven't been to ours so I do not know if they have any. (I started couponing at the one next to work where they always have everything). I went to three to finish my cash card and they all had them. (there were tons on the one you take Miami over 70 and stay on that road until you hit the CVS.)

Correction, everything is 50% off and they are still taking manufacturer's coupons (from inserts only I believe, no internet printables)

I went yesterday and got like $100 worth of stuff for $40

A lot of bare shelves but they still had some good deals. Good deals on Hungry Man Entrees ($2 after 50%). Seemed to have a lot of baking supplies like flour, sugar etc.

Since they are closing, they will not honor the regular Food Lion ad.

OMG....can't use coupons on markdowns....get the manager!!!

If they redeem coupons from that manufacturer, and you are buying what the coupons says they HAVE to take it. I have met resistance from cashiers, but never the people in charge.

Got 6 free OLAYs =) Free Nivea mens =) Free Clean and Clear Actually, today my coupons actually rang and didn't need the override.

Not exactly a coupon, but Harris Teeter has wild caught Alaskan Sockeye salmon on sale for $7.99/lb. This is a really good price, IMHO.

They arrive frozen and vacuum-sealed -- the ones on display have been thawed. If you are planning on bringing it home to freeze, ask if they still have any of the frozen & vacuum-sealed fillets, and they'll go to the back and get some. Just make sure you come prepared with a cooler and ice.

Ugh don't even bother trying to coupon at the Target in Cary. The person that did their coupon training has obviously never tried to use a coupon before. I stopped coupon shopping there months ago after it became obvious no one knows what "one per purchase" meant, and yesterday I a customer in front of me ran into the same problem with two different cashiers. She went over to customer service to try and straighten it out, and the cashiers got on their walkie talkies to warn customer service.

I mean seriously, a simple google search can explain how to read and interpret coupons.

Target needs to hire someone from Harris Teeter to train them

^^ don't bother shopping our Walmart. You have to go to the one on Miami and even then they look like they will murder you. I absolutely REFUSE to go.

When the Covergirl coupon had the 8/2 face coupon last fall. They totally accused me of stealing. They lie about price matching even if you get the EXACT one pictured. I have had store managers yell at me. I can just pretty much do better with less hassle EVERY where else. I can coupon 3 stores or 1 trip to Walmart.

It is now corporate policy to unstock the mm items. It has been reported on at least 5 separate boards. Recent ex. was the Allegra 5 ct. The 7/1 gave .50 overage. The products disappeared the night before and then they were magically stocked the day after the coupon expired.

If you do decide to try, go at 5am. I have had great success and there is no line only at that time.

From Corona:

I got plenty of these to share if anybody wants some.

Are there now internet coupons that dont double automatically? Had one tonight that did not specify "Do Not Double", but apparently didnt double automatically...when I asked why, was told "we dont know." How can you shop if you have no idea how much your coupon is worth?

Probably not but you can try shopping at Aldi for produce and fruit. They always have good prices on fruit. Not sure if they carry mangoes though

What is on everybody's list for triples?

Here is what I hope to get:
Jello Temptations (.90 IP)
Gain Dish Detergent (.50/1 PG)
Wasa Crackerbread (.75IP).
Dean's Heat N Eat Dip (.65/1 IP)
Huggies Baby Wipes (.75 mq)
Pampers Wipes (.75 mq)
Mardi Gras Napkins (.55mq & .55 evic q)
Gum Star Wars Lightsaber toothbrush (.75/1 mq)
Pepperridge Farm Baked Naturals (.75 mq)
Dole fruit crisps (.75mq)
Yoplait yocrunch (.75 mq)
Dole frozen fruit cups (.75mq)
Texas Pete (.40mq)
Franks Red Hot (.75mq)
Margaret Holmes canned veggies (.75/2mq)

Everything on my list except the Pampers & Huggies wipes should be free.

Every Margret Holmes coupon I have ever used has given me overage. I heard that Huggies wipes are on closeout at Kroger for 1.64 (coworker told me) so I would keep that in mind before using it at Teeter.

I haven't finalized my list.

The Fruit Crisps def. since I send 2-3 a week to daycare as a dessert for my son. I will use the rest of my Rosina meatball coupons with my raincheck. Other than that, I don't know.

I have a $.75/1 mq that I got from destination maternity. The wipes are on sale for $2.99 at HT. So $.74 after tripling. Kroger would be $.89 since they won't double over $.50
