Ok so went this morning...Not sure if this is a HT system wide thing but if you are using 2 of the same IP, the 2nd will beep and will have to be manually entered. Not sure why. Didn't happen with any of my insert coupons, just the IPs. So they put the IPs aside that did beeped and added them up at the end, doubled it and took off the lump sum manually. So because of that, I ended up with like $7.00 in overage I wasn't expecting it so I didnt have anything ready to add to my order to eat up the $7.00. So I grabbed a DVD from the checkout lane and a pack of gum.

Here's what I got:
1 Total Cereal evic $1.77--$1/1 IP
1 Ken's Marinade BOGO free $1.69--$1/1 mq
6 Maruchan Yakisobas BOGO free $.59 each--$1/2 mq
3 boxes Wheat Thins BOGO free $1.58 each--2 $1/1 IP, 1 $1/1 mailer
2 Glade Mist Starter Kits BOGO free $2.38 each--2 $2/1 IPs
4 Wacky Mac pastas BOGO free $.99 each--2 $1/2 IPs
2 Feline Pine Cat Litter BOGO free $3.00 each-- 2 $2/1 IPs
3 Stayfree Maxi Pads 48ct $3.99 each-- 3 $2/1 mq
3 Carefree Liners $1.00 each--3 $.50/1 mq
1 Mentos gum-- $1.00 *to eat up overage*
1 Mask DVD-- $5.99 *to eat up overage*

BC: $49.93
AC: $.95 (incl tax)

Recieved $1.00 OYNO coupon for buying Glade Mist

Moneymaker at Kroger on Glade PlugIns Scented Oil Warmers

They are 10/$10 and there are $1 off coupons (I think they expire on the 23rd). There are also printables at http://www.rightathome.com and http://www.coupons.com. There is also a Glade catalina out there. Buy 2 Glade items, get $1 OYNO. Buy 3 get $2 OYNO. Buy 4 get $3 OYNO.

Here is what I have been doing:
Buy 4 Plugin warmers $4.00
Use 4 $1/1 coupons
OOP only tax...and then get $3 OYNO cat.

Heinz pouch ketchup is also free after coupon. Its $.99 and you can use the $.50/1 insert coupon to get it free

If anyone got the so delicious coconut milk as one of their eVIC specials and doesn't plan on using it let me know. It's the only milk I drink and the eVIC makes it half price.

Went to Lowes this morning

Had everything I wanted in stock except for the Smart Balance milk

2 bottles Dole 100% juices $2.50 each. $1/1 insert
3 boxes Equal Sugar $1.99 BOGO free ($.99 for 1. $1/1 insert
3 boxes Dixie Crystals Light Brown Sugar. $1.15 each. Used $.55/1 insert
2 Friskies cat treats $1.25 each. Used $1/1 IP
2 Maruchan Yakisobas. $.79 each. $1/2 insert
8 Progresso soups. $1.25 each. Used 1 $1.25/4ip and $1/4 insert

BC: $25.50
AC: $2.66 (incl tax)

The cashier had to manually enter the cat treats coupon and one of the sugar coupons. He entered them so they doubled fully. So I got mega overage on my order. I should have paid over $5 for the soup.

Not searching this thread. But anyone using the pushpins phone app? I downloaded it a while back but it only had a few grocery stores. Just checked the app and they have most if not all the big chains. I shop at HT so was wondering if anyone used it and noticed more savings than coupon clipping.

Apparently you can create an account, add your VIC card. Then search the app for specials and then load the coupons onto your card from the app.

Probably won't save more than with traditional coupons at HT...HT doubles paper coupons (up to $.99)

Now if they let you use both the e-coupons from the pushpins app and paper coupons for the same item, thatd be awesome.

Man, I haven't couponed in so long. I don't have anyone to buy for anymore, but I may start back again for the food bank. I'll post good deals when I find them!

I'm trying to be more strategic about what I buy. Now that I'm about to get a house, I'll have more capacity to store stuff. I just need to better organize my coupons, I hate it when I let a really good coupon expire.

So apparently Kroger got rid of doubling coupons (at least in NC). I found out earlier today while checking out...also a bunch of other silly rules that make it way too much of a pain in the ass (only 5 computer printed coupons, only 2 per manufacturer, etc). Dont get those limits...do they not get reimbursed for manufacturers coupons anyhow?

I figured this thread was a good a place as any to ask this...

Where is the best place to get Flank Steak at a good price? I went to Carlie C's and it was pretty expensive from what I remember.

DOes anyone still this? I'm wondering if anyone here has had any luck with cell phone apps? It seems they all want you to still print. I just want something that shows me all possible coupons while at a store.
