and i feel so sick what is wrong with me. not like sick sick like weird sick. i think it has something to do with anemia/giving blood/iron pills. doh.

well i wasn't anemic yesterday duhhh.

but i have been for the past several months and i've been taking supplements and yesterday/today i did NOT feel well after donating blood.

of course i could also have a bug or something.

but iron pills usually upset my stomach.

(well i wasn't anemic when i went to give blood anyway)

haha i know. well i've been taking iron and b12 daily since august but then i felt better so i stopped and i'm supposed to have my levels rechecked (well i was at the beginning of this month but i was too busy) so i don't know what the dealio is.

maybe i do have a bug i dunno. but def felt run down all day.

the first time that i feel like i dealt with my grandfather's death was about 2 years after it happened (finally seeing his plaque at arlington cemetary).... if i could have that long to try to cope with death, but not have it affect me badly during those 2 years, i'll take it.
