I mean, how was it not intentional? They talked about it at length this morning, with Kurtz bringing up this exact part several times. The prosecution actually edited this part to redact saying that he tried to get in touch with her due to advice from his shrink (or something to that effect), to make it just say that he got in touch with her a few weeks after his wife died. The prosecution is doing anything they can to twist shit enough to get him convicted.

defense says it'll place prejudice in the jury. talk about a way to leave them hanging. judge just dismissed the jury and the last thing they hear is "i tried to get in contact with my ex a few weeks ago.

He showed the wrong DVD, the one that WASNT admitted as evidence.

It will probably happen again. The defense is pissed.

This trial is pretty revealing concerning the professional ethics of law enforcement and DAs.

Further reinforces my belief that there shouldn't be a death penalty.

not much happened today really in terms of evidence.

they had her dad on the stand telling more here-say and stories about it all.

then they played Brads deposition and it was supposed to be an edited version but wasnt and included a part that the jury was not to see because it purposely made them think Brad called his ex out of no where...when in fact the court made him contact her.

the DA seemed to have done it on purpose and the defense was clamoring for a mistrial due to swaying of the jury with inadmissible evidence.

tomorrow morning should be interesting
