That's exactly what I thought at the end of last week's episode. Locke getting his legs back only reinforces it.
It seems to bring to life people's dreams and fears.

Dreams:
Rain stops so black dude can look for son's dog.
Pregnant chick's baby starts moving again.
Locke gets his legs back.
The tail section of the plane very well may have survivors.

Fears:
Crazy mechanical Tyrannosaur or whatever. (but what was the predecessor for this?)
Polar bear from kid's comic book.

Another great episode...some thoughts:
Granted theyve only been there 5 days, but as some time passes, is that fat guy going to start losing a lot of weight?
Of all the people for the father to ask to watch his son, he picked the one person who he couldnt be entirely sure she knew what he was asking...yeah that makes sense.

ABC11: While I appreciate your efforts in letting me know about the possible tornado, if you cant put the graphics up without switching HD to SD, then dont put them up on HD. Also, your station logo and "First Alert Doppler Radar" do not offer me any additional information in regards to the tornado, so whats the reason for this?
