Oh, I don't really care about dying. Not in the slightest. I tend to die quite a bit.

It's just ridiculous that the only time the faggots on the Alliance side don't run is when the person soon to be stomped decides they'll attack me when something else is already doing the job better than they could.

I play on Mal'Ganis, so there are far more Horde than Alliance.

Makes sense though, if I had the choice I wouldn't want to be associated with the Mal'Ganis Alliance either.

Listen, you are simply wrong on many points. Horde is HARDER to level than alliance, I know this because I've done it. It took me 1 hour to level my pally to level 10, while it took me about 2 hours to level my undead mage to 10. The pally is blizzard's love child, and the shaman is by no means its equivalent. Knowing this, I will fight as the underdog. You are right, all servers populations are different, but the pally remains the same, hence my decision, and hence my heterosexuality.

Try leveling an UD warlock without constantly having an ubar group.

I mean

grouping in Instance zones is easy

but trying to get people interested in low level quests is pretty hard.

Half my quests in Silverpine were red

The other half (elite).

I had to run to Xroads and farm like hell and level up before I could complete my linear quests back home.

It got easier as I leveled up though, because a Voidwalker makes a decently good tank and because my spells seem to get exponentially stronger.

I haven't played alliance locks, so I don't know what their situation is.

Penalty for unlearning talents is 1g the first time, 5g the second, 10g the third, 15g, and so on.

In beta, the max was 50g.

Be careful when selling your game to someone else. I closed out my account and uninstalled it and sold my game to someone and they had all kinda of trouble installing it. He was on the phone with Blizzard he said for two hours and ultimatly he is having to use my old account name and password. There might be a bit of dumbassness on his part, but just be aware that you might run into some headaches when selling or installing a used game/account.

When something like half of the alliance players are paladins, this IS a problem early game (first few months). It means you have to run into huge groups of Paladins, who all on average have at least 5-10 levels on you, and who you have to kill 3 or so times each (unless you're lucky and happen to time a stun properly, predicting his invuln spell).

So since the horde doesn't have a lot of level 60's yet, having a fuckload of 50-60 paladins running around causes huge problems.

If Gronke and I could run around the outskirts of the Elf part of Ashenvale without running into anything resembling dangerous creeps, thats fucked up.

Ashenvale's a bad example. It's only a problem for Alliance early game when some high level horde people are bored from leveling and want to play.

But when you look at situations like Hillsbrad, Arathi Highlands (yes, having an entire area of elite mobs who do not aggro on you is a hefty advantage), Dun Garok (same deal), then there's little you can do.

Then again, the sad part is I tend to win against the alliance full groups that attack our FG's in the middle of an elite mob pull.

It is the exact opposite, because of the Pally.

It would be even if the Shaman was equal to the Pally, but the Shaman is not.

People who duel are so amazingly stupid sometimes. I had a level 20 warrior challenge me to a duel in Lakeshire. I was only a level 17 paladin at the time and wasn't interested, but he absolutely insisted that we battle. I had never before dueled anyone, so I thought I'd see if there was anything to be earned from it. I used every trick I had to beat him, and he got PISSED that he lost. So after he lost, he started mouthing off in the chat channel about how I had to use my invincibility and healing to beat him. Well... DUH. He wanted to battle so badly, I just figured I'd use everything at my disposal since no preexisting rules were set. The guy would NOT leave me alone since he wanted a rematch so badly, but since I didn't get any exp or reward from it, I just didn't see any point of dueling any further. He really loved that.
