has anyone mentioned that old man with the messed up foot. well, he wears a cast/brace, but he is always sleeeping in the bean bag section on the 1st floor. snoring up a storm. fuckin doesnt wake up to anything.

ive seen him there quite a few times. he sleeps with his back on a bean bag, and his legs up against one of those pillars.

Haha, seems like a lot of weirdos have popped up since I graduated in '03.

The only ones I remember that have been mentioned is

the Mickey Mouse guy. Red hair about 220lbs, hung out with drama crowd.

Rattail guy.

And this guy.




He would sit there and just stare at people something fierce. He was a computer lab assistant for awhile.

^Ha. I had that guy in one of my classes. I thought he was weird when I first seen him around campus, but he really isn't. I think most of the people on here are just too (book) smart for their own good. That guy would always come in late to class, but when he was in class, he would always make the most abstract comments. He seems to know what he's talking about; just doesn't seem to convey it well, and he would go "ummm" practically before every sentence. Everyone in the class just thought he was weird.

Another person that I see all the time is that non-student, older Asian guy that pushes the bicycle around all the time. Both of his legs are messed up, and doesn't pedal his bike; he just glides it, with his legs hanging freely on both sides. And he talks to himself in his native language, and when he's riding the bus, he really gets going, almost like he's arguing with himself.

There's a chubby looking fellow running around campus. I think he lives in Bowen because I saw him come out of there one time. I think he is kind of retarded because he talks to himself. I had a class with him, and all semester long I never saw him wear anything but a t-shirt and short, even when it's freezing cold and raining outside.

Not sure if one is still around. He wasn't follow people around creepy, but there a guy who appeared to only own shirts with spiderman on him. It seemed like he had 30 of them. You could always pick him out and remember him for the reason he ALWAYS had on a spiderman t-shirt. I just wanted to see his bedroom b/c i'm sure this guy had a first edition spiderman poster/action figure/bedsheets/curtains/etc.

One time one of them brought a puppy in in a cardboard box and played with him the entire class. Then there were 2 baseball players who sat in the back and constantly tried to mack on this one slutty girl. Good times...

has anyone noticed the growing number of older men coming to the library to surf the net? they obviously don't have it at home, and buy one of those friend's of the library memberships.. one guy was looking at full screen porn last night.. I talked to one of the security guys that I see occasionaly and he said that at an academic library there is nothing they can do about that.. I thought there was policy against that??

There's a guy who always uses the guest computers (the ones that log you off automatically every 30 minutes) who's always watching porn, and another one who just watches rap videos all day from Launch.com. Everytime I see them there, I think to myself, "it must be nice to not have any major responsibilities in life that you can afford to look at porn/videos all day."
