Dear Goalie:

I have great seats to the game on Friday and I want to take my girlfriend. Trouble is, she doesn't get home till close to 6:15/6:30 and we live in Chapel Hill. Do I say whatever, take her, and show up, close to 10 minutes into the 1st period or take someone else?

Depends on how much she wants to go. Considering the way the traffic thins out around 6 and the fact that the arena is right on 40, you'll probably miss less than five minutes of game time if you take her. With that said, if she doesn't really want to go, don't miss any action on her account.

yeah josh was on the A team then they got him to goalie for the B team one night and he got hurt
and couldn't play for a while
then they had 2 goalies they played a lot when he came back so he didn't get to play much
his coach kept him on the team the last year he played and never played him (mind you he still had to pay like $850-1000 for icetime) when if he wasn't going to play him he could have just cut him (they already had 2 goalies) and even though i know its not like little league where everyone gets to play... i still think it was a pretty douchebaggy thing to do
so when state and ecu play in feb. i will be pulling for ecu.

now he just plays pick up now and again and mostly roller hockey :/ i just hate it for him because i know how much he loved playing.
