then in the tourney when we lose b/c of a total breakdown and a the inevitable scoring drought, they'll forget these games and just look at the season record and say omg see herbs teh best evar

yeah sometimes herb seems questionable at the end of games, but in the end, he generally gets the job done IMO. he is a good coach for State - and he gets us in the NCAAs consistently. Like SI's Seth Davis said, you don't fire a coach who gets you in the NCAA tourney.

PB, have to disagree. To me, getting to the tourney every year shows that you have a consistently good program. So many programs out there are probably never going to win a championship.
