requests now have the following restrictions:

5 requests every hour
limit of 15 requests per day
(these are both per IP, so yeah, you can just get a new lease from DHCP and get around it, but please don't)

you can't request a song that's been played within the last 45 minutes
songs from the same artist or album can be played anytime though
its just on the song title
