On a side note, yeah, we painted the well last year, but from what I recall, it just washed off. They didn't have to use paint thinner or any hard scrubbing tactics to get it off. Just water. Quit bitchin', I'd be magnanomously pissed if UNC did that to say, the Belltower, but if it washed off with water the'r would be no harm done. Well, no harm aside from their douchebag feet tainting our terf.

I think they finally started locking it up last year or the year before.
