No one even cares that we beat the top-ranked holes last night? Man what a huge disappointment this season has been for the Pack. 5/9/2009 10:52:53 AM |

^not only did we beat them, we shut them out.
However, i think being <.500 and the fact that the Canes game was last night, people are kinda indifferent at the moment 5/9/2009 12:34:19 PM |

Lost to UNC 5-2. Our 2 runs came in the 1st inning off of an Andrew Ciencin double with the bases loaded. All of UNC's runs were on bases-loaded walks, hit batters, and a passed ball. The rubber match starts at 2pm. 5/9/2009 11:57:25 PM |

The home plate umpire was inconsistent the whole night, but that can't do anything towards the hit batters and passed balls. We basically didn't do anything offensively after the 1st inning, but our defense played REALLY well. 5/10/2009 12:06:14 AM |

It's not impossible to make the Tourny, just incredibly unlikely. This has just not been NC States year. 5/11/2009 11:53:11 AM |

we are 3 games back of Duke and BC, if they both get swept and we sweep clemson the best we can do is tie them. They both own the tie breaker in the head to head and mainly because of a blown 5-0 lead against duke and a blown 8 run lead against BC. We can't make the tourney. 5/11/2009 4:50:17 PM |

^That's not true. If we sweep and they get swept, we get in due to percentage points. 5/11/2009 11:27:09 PM |

you are right I only looked at duke who we would then have the same win percentage as but BC would have a lower win percentage so.......go UNC. (lol) Geez we have got to sweep clemson. 5/12/2009 12:03:43 AM |

Lost 13-8 to Clemson. Gave up 6 in the 1st. The Pack was able to score 5 in the bottom of the 9th to make it look better than 13-3. BC beat UNC 3-1, so that eliminated us even if we had beaten Clemson. Game 2 is tomorrow at 6:30 and Game 3 is Saturday at 1:00 and will be on FSS. 5/14/2009 11:09:51 PM |

Lost 11-5 Clemson got 5 in the first and then 5 in the third. Grant Sasser pitched great in relief pitching 6 innings and allowing only 1 run. Final game of the season and Senior Day is tomorrow at 1:00. The game will be on FSS. 5/15/2009 10:26:54 PM |
