but if i can take from my lack of flexibility right now,

stretch your shoulders out, putting your arms straight out behind you and lift as high as you can

stretch your calf muscles as much as possible

and your ham strings

and get on your knees and sit back on your ankles often

I have the exact same thing!! Have you ever tried doing one of those things where you would put your nose in the middle of the page then try to pull it away slowly and you were supposed to see a picture? I could never do those and watching 3-D is basically a no-go for me... How about you?
