too bad wilson got that interference penalty called on him. he was actually up at the line giving no cushion for two plays in a row, and we had a chance of defending a pass for the first time all season.


He didn't really get a good jam on the receiver, though, probably because they never practice it.

This game is the perfect example of why it is better to have a good defense than a good offense if you have to choose between the two. Our "good" offense has done nothing more than score a lot of points while our team still loses. Our "good" offense is hardly ever on the field because our defense is out there all the time getting the ball driven down their throat. A good defense can get a mediocre offense good field position, put up defensive points, and just demoralize the other team.
