ok, keep in mind that the tattoo artist had to deal with a lot, so I think he did an awesome job fixing this guy up

^^^^you don't have to let someone near your privates. My wife did my perineum as well as my lip (no longer have that). I had two foreskin piercings that i did myself and recently did my own prince Albert.

^^^^^coool. I had thought about a frenulum a long time ago but decided it was too risky.
The guiche/perineum is cool but mine took a real long time to heal. It's not a particularly vascular area and I'm honestly too overweight (which is barely over weight) for it. It works best if you're lean and don't have to do a ton of walking (had to walk a whole lot in my previous job). I've had to move from rings to as short a barbell as practical.
The prince Albert was scary at first but by far the easiest to heal.
