Solinari did offer to pay the debt, however, i can find no proof that said offer was refused. FroshKiller told him that it would make him a bitch and that he would never live it down, but he never said "No, i will not accept it."

Same case with EMCE. Neither of them have outright refused Solinari's offer to pay your debts by proxy.

As a result, I am offering to act as the proxy for both of them to receive said debt. Again, I will be available from approximately 6:45pm until 10:00pm (possibly later) at the Bar at Bada Wings to accept said payment to absolve you of your debt. I do not care who pays the debt, as long as $15 in United States legal tender is transfered to me.

Offering to pay EMCE at Bada today is not considered "a timely manner determined by circumstances". However, In order to facilitate both parties, I am agreeing to accept said payment at said location on said day. I am accommodating Solinari's request to pay the debts on HIS terms.

Your debt has not been offered to be paid in a timely manner as determined by the circumstances of the agreement, and also has not been refused by either party to whom debts are owed. Actually, the offer is being hereby accepted by myself to act as proxy for both Jonathan Hamilton (Froshkiller) and Jeff Lawrence (EMCE) in the issue of lafta's debt that is owed.
