Its all about the mindset. Most people aren't inherently prone to be fat; its almost always a product of your environment and the company you keep. You know how in every group of girls, there seems to be one hot one, one fat one, and the rest are somewhere in the middle? That's not a coincidence. The hot girl hangs out with lesser specimens to stoke her ego, while the fat girl hangs out with prettier people to stoke hers. As for the people in the middle, they're jealous of the pretty girl, but they can justify their spot on the social totem pole by saying "Hey, at least I'm not the fat one."

Girl's minds are incredibly simplistic. Most men just think they're hard to figure out.

OH, me.

I now wear a size 8 (Gap jeans), typically an 8-10 for some dresses (those are the fancy ones though, the cheaper ones are typically a medium), and a medium in tops unless they are too tight across the chest.

Depends. Dress size is a shitty indicator of body composition. Some women have hips (like Joie) whereas others have wide asses. Both could easily wear the same dress size.

as a comparison Samwise, the gf is your height or an inch shorter and generally weighs a tad under 110lbs. (I only know this because she was excited one time when she met the 110lb requirement to donate blood, she had never been before and hasn't since.)

you SHOULD wear a bigger size if you are taller because your frame (should) just be naturally bigger. like i'd assume your ribcage and hip bones would be bigger than someone who is like 5ft 2.

When I first started seeing my endocrinologist a few years ago, she asked what my personal goal weight was and I said 130 at least. She looked me in the eye and told me not to because I would look emaciated. We agreed that 145, maybe 140 (and that's pushing it), would be a nice weight if I wanted to feel and look thin.


Believe it or not, girls are built differently even if they are around the same height. I have big thighs (but with the noassatall disease ) and a big chest. In fact, my boobs are seriously one of the last places I lose weight. After that 20 lbs, my boob size didn't even budge.
