He spammed a bunch of tdubbers on google +. Tdubbers came on here and started a thread about his spamming. Thread went downhill from there.

1 - Someone on here found this guy via some connection or spam email.
2 - They thought it was funny.
3 - They shared with TWW and it became even more amusing that this chucklefart actually does this for a living.
4 - TWW does it's usual thing.
5 - Chucklefart finds out that is E-Rep is being "harmed"
6 - Chucklefart attempts to mitigate, but since he has no actual skill his efforts fail.
7 - Chucklefart makes empty threats by waving a statute designed to make harassment in certain ways a crime. What chucklefart doesn't know is that the statute does not cover anything the TWW has done so far.

/summary

He won't actually DO anything because he'd get laughed out of any legal office with his "I'm being made fun of online!" whine. Even less likely is any actual arrest over this.

It started because this guy connected to a ton of TWWrs on G+ and since he had mutual TWW connections, we assumed he was one of us. People started to ask who he was and then I and some others noticed his "online prescence" as a spammer through linkedin and such; that is, not a TWWr afterall.

Then the rest happened.

I must say the manner with which this matter was brought forth was very very unprofessional. When requesting action and hoping to garner respect of a group of people one does not browbeat with threats nor does one offer ultimatums.

To be honest I feel I am threatened and do not appreciate "I am aware of who most of these people are and where they work." Does this mean that everyone who posted in the thread of interest has now had their private information compromised?

A better manner of doing this would be to merely say in a normal manner, "I feel that you are in violation of North Carolina State statutes and I feel that you may harm my business and wellfare, I would urge you to cease and desist, so that we will not have to seek any further action."

Now, however I feel that my own welfare is being threatened as is my private information, which is not readily available on this site. Now I am subject to emotional duress due to the impending threat of my compromised information, which apparently was compromised for comments which were not directed at said party nor did they have libelous intent for said party. Upon initial request of said party these comments were removed, due to the lack of libelous intent and now I feel my personal information may have been compromised for no warranted reason. I for one do feel threatened by said parties statements.
