I have never heard of a Secret Santa where you don't find out who gave you the stuff after you get it. It's "secret" because you don't know who you are going to get, and you don't know who is going to be getting you something ... until after you open it.

When you get your gift you can post the pic of it, then the giver can fess up

But in every Secret Santa I have ever been involved in, you never find out until EVERYONE has their gifts.

No. Secret santa is secret giving. In every one I've been in you never know who sent it. That's the point.

If people want to reveal after the fact, then fine, but not during. It defeats the purpose.
