i hate the carb-fest i've been having lately for bfast, but today, again, was a bowl of cereal. At least I had a yogurt to go with it.

broke the cycle! 2 eggs covered in siracha, and open face turkey and pimento cheese on some sort of fresh bread (I don't know different styles)

White rice with two pieces of goat (a chunk of skin and part of the lower jawbone, from the look of it). It's a fancy breakfast but I felt like spoiling myself.

Horrible Holiday Inn Express breakfast food.

The bad thing is that there's a Waffle House across the way. I could walk there, and with the temps being what they are, it would have been brisk and invigorating.

Alas, keeping as much of my per diem as I can is a priority. Sad.

Hotel breakfast options were mostly breads of various kinds, so I grabbed a packet of apple cinnamon oatmeal and a two pack of hard boiled eggs. I had to get a pack of plain oatmeal to mix in because the flavored was way too sweet. I guess this is getting older.

I used to eat leftover taco bell for breakfast all the time.

Now that would probably kill me.

Grape Nuts. I never have understood why they are called that since there is nothing grape flavored about them.
