Well there have been reported leaks of information stating just that. And there's a reason why all of the anti-firearm policies have been done quietly as possible and outside of Congress (UN ATT, F&F scandal, OSHA inspections, etc.).

Has Obama been anti-ice cream for his entire life? Has he supported anti-ice cream policies in the past? Has he supported non-legislative policies aimed at outlawing ice cream?

The writing is on the wall. Maybe he won't go after gun rights via congress. But he sure is outside of congress and it would make sense for him to live up to his anti-gun views once he's in the seat for good.

So it probably wasn't 71 shot. I thought that was too high, and I saw the press conference where the chief said it, and you could tell it was a mistake but that became the report regardless.
