you not watch them last week?
they just played against a legitimately great defense in the stadium with the greatest home field advantage
they are easily a top-3 team in the league 9/16/2013 12:44:25 AM |

Seattle has to beat itself at home basically. They have easily the best home-field advantage in the NFL and they just don't lose there.(Russell is now 9-0 in home games) SF lost their last year and still made the SB, it's just part of the deal.
San Fran looked great last week because you could tell GB schemed all offseason for the read-option and instead they came out and threw it all day(which was a brilliant move). SF also looked better against GB because GB has a very weak secondary(esp with Burnett out), did you see what the Skins and Garcon did yesterday? Not Boldin numbers, but still Garcon put up a hefty game against them. You had to know Boldin was going to get shutdown by Sherman last night which basically left the rest of the team to focus on the read-option and V. Davis. I'm sure SF will return the favor when they play against in SF. 9/16/2013 8:17:53 AM |

Qbs on the fast track to backup positions mark sanchez blaine gabbert brandon wheedon josh freeman christian ponder
(There is a slightly better version of this list where a qb might get a starting a chance with another team and a worse version where the qb is fast track to be out of the league, josh freeman could be either)

man, those are terrible.
the only one i think doesn't look like absolute garbage is the titans.
ok terrible is being too harsh.
but what i mean is that i don't think any of these are improvements over the teams current logos (besides that tennesee one).
but gg. you are very good at this.

do the Browns think they are gonna land a franchise QB with the pick? it'll be a high teens / low 20s pick
Richardson wasn't even that good though

I'd think they want to have the extra pick to help them trade up. Maybe similar to what the Redskins did to get RGIII. Maybe with both picks being in 2014, they could get away with giving up only two first rounders? 9/18/2013 10:03:55 PM |
BlackJesus Suspended 13089 Posts user info edit post |
Yall are missing the point, they will now tank the rest of this season and beat out the jags for 1st pick. That must be their plan. If you gonna trade him for a first pick, trade him to the jags or another terrible team to assure you a really good pick. 9/18/2013 10:23:11 PM |

Get slaughtered for Bridgewater
^^^yeah makes sense...Browns actual pick will likely be top-5, but if they can trade 2 picks to move up it will help. Though if the Jags finish 2-14 or something and get the first pick, they need a QB too. But the Browns should be able to get somebody. They have 7 picks in the first 4 rounds. 9/18/2013 10:34:57 PM |

This is a lose-lose. The colts lose for trading a first rounder for Richardson, and the Browns lose for drafting him at #4 in the first place. Trent looks beastly sometimes and he got enough carries to be a fantasy stud, but overall his Cleveland career goes down as a failure. 9/18/2013 11:00:26 PM |
TreeTwista10 minisoldr 148440 Posts user info edit post |
The Colts actually drafted Edgerrin James with the 4th pick overall. If Trent can turn into that type of back it won't be a dumb move. The threat of Luck and the passing game can only help Richardson. But he has to stay healthy and do better than the 3.5 ypc he had in Cleveland. But maybe he can since the Browns had no QB and the Colts do. 9/18/2013 11:16:11 PM |
