We usually don't eat dinner until 7pm or after... and I really wouldn't care if my neighbor was mowing their grass while we eat.

My neighbor told me last night that the lady across the street came out and basically cussed him out for mowing at 7:30pm a while back because her baby was asleep and it was waking her baby up.

I would have told her to go fist herself.
