Kiwi it actually didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would. I worked myself up that it was going to be AWFUL so when it happened, it was near as bad.

thumper yea, that's just below my calf on my ankle. it took about 25 minutes i think to do the whole thing. the areas that hurt the most were the ones off to the side, closer to my ankle. and the longer he'd keep the needle on my ankle at one time, that hurt more. doing quicker passes weren't too bad. burned a few hours after it was done (skin was definitely feeling weird) but it doesnt really bother me today. took a shower, and the shampoo running down my leg stung a little bit. but other than that. not too bad all in all.

overall - definitely not as bad as i thought it'd be

once i get used to this a little bit, i might go back and get it filled with some color or something.... but i'm gonna wait a bit on that.

Sweet. On a scale of 1-10? I am seriously a wuss when it comes to pain, like I cry when I stub my toe type shit. I might do better if I know it's coming but I'm still hesitant to do it! haha

One of the benefits to the job I have is I do get to meet a pretty cool variety of people. A lot of them come from all over. I've met a few people from different countries, and quite a few people that vacation here from NYC. They think it's funny when I ask "Where are y'all from?" Currently, I am babysitting for the same family all weekend, both work for Duke and the dad is a professor there. The two boys are super smart, I took them to the aquarium this morning and man, did I feel like an idiot with all the stuff they knew about these animals.
