Learn to read. I said his recruits so far have not been great.....enough with the personal attacks.

^^So he and Tracy have been ACC caliber so far.

How much did Sid win with Hickson? It's not about getting great players, its about WINNING with good players. So in terms of team performance you could have called Hickson a bust.

I could have sworn you were talking about recruiting. Getting J.J. was great recruiting, regardless of how the team played when he was on the team. He did well, and quickly moved on.

I think Mays, Williams, and Thomas are all ACC-caliber talent and will develop into solid players, they just need some more experience.

Gotta give him a few posts to remember what argument he is trying to make.

If anything, lowe has probably been more impressive in recruiting since he came in with no recruiting connections or knowledge about the college game.

^that's the majority of his recruits with tracy, right?

if you want users to stop it with the personal attacks then maybe you should stop posting stupid fucking bullshit like this.

do you want to discuss recruiting or team chemistry b/c this is a RECRUITING thread...
in terms of performance....Hickson went 19 in the first round of the draft for a projected 2 year player.
as far as performance goes, Hickson owns the record for most points by a fresman in a game at NCSU.

go away and find another thread to munk up with your ridiculousness

Sorry but isn't the point of recruiting getting players to fit your style and system?

Also I'm sorry I'm just not buying the recruiting hype yet.

Walton defeated Campbell 75-72 this past Friday night. Ryan Harrow had 12 points and 14 assists. They play at Pope tonight.

Zo Brown had 25 point, 10 rebounds, and 8 assists as Centennial crushed Alpharetta 100-69 on Friday. They face a legit force in Lassiter tonight.

Nice vid. Wall and Leslie are just phenomenal athletes, especially for high school kids. Kelly is just another big, stiff white guy headed for anonymity at Duke.

Damn those clips of Bishop Daniels are awesome, I hope we get him. Maybe we can just set up Word of God Academy as a breeding school for NC State basketball.

he reminds me of a gerald henderson w/o the basketball skills. like a freshman gerald henderson, but not quite there.

athletically he's got it, needs to work on his shot.

i felt that johnny thomas could be another cam bennerman for us when we got him out of high school. he's been working his ass off to get to where he is now coming off that knee injury. i hope he continues to improve.

Did cam even play as an underclassmen? I don't think you can really compare then since there are so few minutes from bennerman at the same maturity.

Hopefully, lowe will find minutes for thomas right now as a rebounder/defender/energy guy. The skills will come later.

We need to end the loser tradition of keeping our most athletic players on the bench because they don't perfectly know the offense. If offensive knowledge is a problem, change the offense so that it includes these players.

if i remember correctly, cam's freshman/sophomore years were insignificant......1-2 ppg type years. His jr year i believe he averaged something b/t 7-9 ppg.....then his senior year he jumped out with a 14 ppg year.

he played limited roles as a fresh/soph (as most people had), but late in his sophomore year he started getting more PT as injuries started to pile up.

Walton squeaked out a win on Tuesday night against Pope in an 82-81 victory. Ryan Harrow's scoring touch returned with 30 points. The Raiders are now 16-7 on the year and have a monster of a challenge in their final regular season game this Friday night against Wheeler at home.

Wheeler was victorious on Tuesday night over Campbell to the chime of 78-65. Richard Howell led his team with 21 points and he has been the anchor to this team's turnaround.

Centennial beat Lassiter 63-54. Lo Brown had 16 points, 11 rebounds, and 6 steals.
