the whole thing regarding the paternity of the children is crazy.

I mean, if he had found out that one of the kids wasn't his and that nancy had been lying to him all this time, I would understand why he might be inclined to act on his rage. And once he explored the options of the divorce he finds out that she was going to take all his money legally, well that would have sealed the deal for his actions. And im not saying this acceptable but i would understand.

Slight thread drift, but I know nothing of jury duty. What happens with the jurors each day after they're done? Do they just go home? Are they housed somewhere? I would have a hard time believing in a long case like this that the jurors didn't see or read about the case elsewhere at some point if they just went home every evening.

yeah, they haven't been sequestered. They can go home. They have been told not to read/watch media about the case. It could be monitored. If they say they've seen or read something about the case to another juror then that juror has to report it and both will be pulled and replaced with alternates.

At least that was the rules when I was a juror for another case

It would take Brad a lot of forethought to make sure the right shoes were missing, especially since he claims he couldn't tell the difference between the two.
