naw, i the only reason for the questions is not for custody... well, it is in a way. they knew he'd never take the stand. this is their way of forcing him to, and stubbs was smart enough to get him to outline everything. if he's found guilty as a result of this testimony... no custody issue.

They spent the half-day watching a custody deposition.

I’m not sure why the prosecution played it. The prosecution has spent their time portraying Brad Cooper as a cold, manipulative asshole with 1337 skillz. The video showed Brad to be human and even somewhat sympathetic. His story was consistent with everything else that had been presented so far (though definitely the other side of the coin).

At this point, I think the prosecution has nothing, they know they have nothing, and they’re simply throwing everything against the wall hoping something will stick.

Especially the last bit of the deposition played today. The day of the murder. He came off sounding like a good father, and then getting brow beat by nancy for not having milk and detergent. She sounded like the callous douche, he was just making money for the fam and taking care of his girls.

Sure.

1. A bunch of squawking hens testified that the defendant is a big meanie.

6. Deposition of defendant for custody of his children was played for the jury.

That, I think, summarizes the past 3-4 weeks. Guess we'll see what next week holds.

Nope. The guy couldn't remember what color dress his wife was wearing the night before she disappeared.
