That Binghamton rip off the draw was pretty sweet...too bad it had to be the season ender for the Checkers. Sucks to be swept after playing so well through the playoffs, but you can't really complain with how far they went.

I'm actually not sure what he meant then? Conference realignment, from what I read, puts Detroit in the Eastern Conference.

It also puts them in in 2012-2013 and Winnipeg would remain in the Southeast for that year.

Upon further review... I think Columbus makes the most sense.. Nashville makes sense also.

Maybe it was absurd. I don't know... but I don't make many mistakes in this topic. So I don't know why you attacked my saying don't put another team in Atlanta comment.

Here's how it should read, and I will post on an elementary level in the future...

"Dear NHL,

You have given Atlanta two hockey teams, and they just don't seem to care. Whether it is lack of support from the fan base, or horrible ownership, or a combination of the two; they do not deserve another team in the future. If you decide to look there again, please consider Canadian cities first. That's where all of the Atlanta teams go anyways. Maybe Quebec City or Hamilton? Even Toronto could have another team.

Okay, so I had a dream last night that the Hurricanes traded Jussi and some no-name player to Chicago for Patrick Kane (we got a good deal thanks, in part, to his recent shenanigans). I have a vivid image of him in a Canes jersey and the crowd in Chicago were not too pleased with this arrangement and were chanting "Canes you suck!". Hahaha. Melatonin + reading hockey news before bed = weeeeeeird!
