At this point, I've got that feeling in my gut where I know I'm not falling asleep for at least two hours. Probably won't be falling asleep at all. I was on the right track til the indians, yet again, woke me up as I was nearly asleep.

These guys are going to make me pro-isolationist. They're getting some nice letters from the landlord (i.e. me, as we own the unit below them) more or less saying that they are going to stop stomping, stop running appliances between 10pm and 8am, stop running indoors, and make an effort to keep things quiet between 12pm and 8am or else all available options will be leveraged to get them removed from the apartments.

My current roommate is able to sleep through most of this fairly well, most of the time, but if there are any more complaints from him or the new tenant after I move out I'm not going to be very nice to them about it. We tried the nice route and that didn't work. I figure "cut it out or I'll do my best to have you thrown out in the street" will end up being more effective as they wouldn't likely have anywhere else to go.

If your stomach is upset, get yourself a bottle of Emetrol. It's a simple remedy for nausea. Unless you have a really bad vulnerability to stomach viruses you will be able to stop nausea with it.

It's amazing. It's not a horrible medicinal tasting remedy and once you drink a spoonful of it you just magically feel better.

A little after that you'd be able to keep down pills and some basic fluids to help reduce the fever and the other bad stuff you're dealing with.

^^ Yeah I've heard that, but I heard how long you slept would only be beneficial in the short term if you sleep for a specific amount of time so you're coming out of a sleep cycle (not deep into one) when you wake up, or else you feel all crappy and disoriented. It would make sense, as when I wake up and feel disoriented (and like crap) I feel better if I fall back asleep if only for 15-30 minutes or so (like a world of difference like you just got another 2 hours of sleep or something).

What I need is an alarm clock that monitors sleep cycles and goes off so I can get up and not be late for work without waking me up at the wrong time so I'm all groggy and fucked up, hahaha.

the battery in my factory keyless entry remote is dead, so i've been using the key. well, the other night i unlocked it with the key and opened the door and the truck freaked and started blowing the horn. i cranked it up and it was still honking, so i locked the door and shut it and then unlocked the door w/ the key and it quit.

it was embarassing as hell, though.
