Does not really matter in a case with mounds of physical evidence. Having your Miranda rights violated does not mean you get off free, it just means all the evidence obtained as a result of that is inadmissible.

The same thing applies to search warrants, if your residence is illegally searched the judge will throw out evidence obtained in the illegal search, but evidence outside of that can still be used.
