I just took the dog for a walk.

And I still need to wear pants.

Pants are highly overrated, especially on women.

No, they are not.

They are necessary at times.

What time would be good to make breakfast for someone who is sleeping?

(they have class at 11.40, but I have work at 9.30)

While I would very much appreciate breakfast, I'd appreciate another hour of sleep more.

That's just my male perspective, though.

Even if it's scrambled eggs and grits (he loves them) and toast?

Okay, assuming you have to be at work at 9:30 (let's say you gotta leave at 9:10) and you wanna see him enjoy it, you'll have to have it done by a bit before 9:00 at the latest. He'll have to get up around 11:00 to be at class at 11:40 (tell me if these estimates are way off). As much as I like my favorite breakfast, and as much as I'd be nice about it if my sweetie made it for me...I'd rather sleep for two more hours. Save it for a day when you can both be lazy AND thoughtful.

*shrug*

Okay, I have to leave by 9.25, it's two seconds away...EV that is.

And he usually gets up earlier...the alarm clock goes off every day at 8.43 (don't ask me why it's that time)

Okay, different story. Wake his ass up at 8:38 because it's a palindrome.

I always set my alarm to a time that ends in 1. I have no idea why.

Well, that sounds like a plan...now I just have to figure out how to make grits and find all the pots and pans....and what not...and if he has a toaster or if I have to you the toaster oven ( )

I have to get my sleep schedule fixed before the World Cup starts. I'll have to watch matches at 9, 12, and 3 every day.

I have to pay for a huge ER bill and then I'm going to start saving for a computer again.

I got drugs.

I had an inflamed muscle in my leg that was adding unneeded pressure on my nerves, thus causing me extreme pain.

I work nights.

The last World Cup was in Japan and Korea, so I was going to bed at 7 PM and waking up at 11, only to go to bed again at 4 after watching two matches. It sucked. This year it's in Germany, so everything is between 9 and 5, which leaves me with a semi-normal sleep schedule, access to all the matches, AND no interference with work.

I am HYPED.

My work schedule is starting to wear on me. Nights at a bar, days at the courthouse. If I don't get my mid-day nap I'm screwed.

^^What I usually do is wait till I see him start to roll around, then give him a little kiss on the forehead and tell him to stay in bed and relax for a little bit more, then I cook the breakfast and bring it in to him.

Maybe he'll eat it in like 4 minutes when the alarm goes off...

So, when it tastes okay, I can blame it on him letting it get cold instead of that I'm not the greatest cook in the world.

You missed the part about when I have to be at work and when he has to be at class. That was the problem. I just thought it would be wrong to make myself eggs and toast at his house without making him some too, but I've cleared my conscience whether he eats it or not.

Monday.

Last night the A/C unit popped the circuit breaker and I woke up hot. Luckily it came back on, otherwise I would have been having a much worse morning right about now.

I am praying for a good week. I need one.
