It's the easiest chore to do! Separate the lights/darks, put in the washer, take it out and put it on the line, come back for it later and fold/hang in the closet.... It's not rocket surgery

some how they got deleted and the FBI expert didn't know why or how.

but i do...its because the god damn phone wasn't analyzed for over two years and after that period of time the battery goes completely dead and the phone looses all of its data. WTF that old guy was dumb as shit!!

where do you find out info like that? by watching the trial? or are you making a guess? pretty major oversight if they waited that long to look at the phone and that resulted...

if that's what happened, then why did the text messages remain on the phone?

I don't think it's suspect in the sense that it points to him doing it. It's obviously shady, but it's pretty much in line with a dude who has been so totally dominated by the woman he is married to that he lashes out in a passive agressive way by reading her email.
