I just got this game and have been playing online, typically mercenary team deathmatch. Last night was the first time I got up with some friends and played the regular team deathmatch version. Normally I get schooled pretty well but don't care too much because I just want to have fun playing the game but last night when playing the regular team deathmatch I was owning suckers left and right. It seems the level of competition in merc tdm is much higher than regular tdm. Anyone else noticed this?

Not really

Playing with a party that calls out bad dudes is a tremendous help. I'm shit at TDM if I'm running solo.

Just tried the competitive playlist for the first time. Other than the fact that I was playing with 3 other idiots/little kids, it was pretty neat. No Ghost, Second Chance, Flak Jacket, or Warlord and only certain maps, gametypes, and attachments allowed (no rapid fire). Definitely a lot more strategy involved, I imagine it would be pretty sweet to roll with a full group of 4 playing smart.

It seems lately that EVERY care package is just ammo. I'm not sure if an update at some point changed the occurrence of it, but I feel like I used to get better care packages a couple months ago.

So I have really only played the multiplayer in this game, what is the point of zombie mode? I tried it out today and made it through a few rounds but it doesn't look like there is much to it other than survive as long as possible. Am I missing something?

These kids have to just run split screen at all times. Matt & I wanted to each have our own screen, but we got outvoted by kids that WANTED split screen. Their sensitivities were set to infinity and I swear they were running flak jacket... We had one particularly bad match of domination on firing range that we would not like to share the score of.
