personal preference if you ask me, when i started cigs i always asked myself if it really made me feel better or if it just covered up the present tension, was it something i wanted to do forever, did it make me a better person in anyway, does it bring me down at all, will i become dependent, and things like that, and i'm not hooked but that doesn't mean i won't have a drag off one if it's offered
