Page 37 is kinda interesting, the phone records for Nancy's phone have had all the location data omitted, but all of it was still in Brads. They even made a map of all of his phone calls, but didn't provide any location on Nancy's meaning they can't determine if some of these calls were at other peoples homes or where she had been.

Probably just because it's a local case, there's a lot of sex involved, the guy went to NC State at some point and works at a place that probably employs a lot of NC State grads.

I wouldn't assume that. My dad just finished a civil trial with his business and the trial date was rescheduled or delayed several times because of various vacations and extra curriculars. Then once the trial started, they had days off in the middle twice because of golfing and fishing. As far as I can tell, judges have a pretty chill job.
