They are delicious... but I have grown bored with the traditional version. The fried version is great, but too much for one meal (and probably more fat that allowed in 2 days). Then there are the variations where you can add sauce (chipotle ranch) or a boneless wing, which needs sauce too (may I suggest Louisiana bbq or a teryaki mix, either honey or spicy)
