Admittedly, I don't follow UNC-CH sports until we play them or they lose, but what has happened with their offense? It seems like Anthony is the only consistent scorer on their team. Didn't they have one of the best recruiting classes this year?

^ They have a ton of injuries, lost something like their top six scorers from last year, and whiffed on a lot of players that would be juniors and seniors this year.

They brought in two grad transfers this year and both look lost.

They have the 9th best class according to 247. Next year's class is 3rd overall.

Yeah Roy did say that.

And Greenberg brought it up last night. And then either at halftime or at the end of the game the in-studio analysts mentioned it too. Both times they were critical of Roy’s comments. Which imo is somewhat deserved. It’s Roy’s job to put together a roster. And while he has no control over injuries, it comes off as him throwing his team under the bus. The same team he’s paid to assemble and coach. Then again, coaches can say stuff like this to motivate their team as well. So that may have been Roy’s intention too. It’s just interesting to me see the national media being critical of Roy...seems like they always kiss his ass so I’m enjoying the criticism he’s getting.

Scenario 2: Roy trashes his team hard. They continue to be a letdown. They have a down season. Roy is still hailed as an all-time great, but his players couldn't play into his system.
