Do you guys have any recommendations on getting higher killstreaks aside from camping like crazy? I am usually able to finish a round with a decent kill/death ratio but I can barely ever even get a care package kill streak (and even when I do get a care package it is something lame like a counter uav or resupply). I have cold-blooded and ninja on so it's not like people can see me coming, but I always get shot in the back or taken out by someone on the other side of the map.

do the "kinda camping" that i do. pick 3 points on the map that are sorta close together (but give you different looks across the map). The path to these points should be two way streets of sorts. this meaning that its not some major intersection where you can be shot at from any direction. start at point A, look around for 30 seconds, then sprint to point B, look around, to point C, look around, then back to point A. you have to figure out what you like to do, and where to do it. each map will be different. i have a good path to follow on about half the maps, and i get 10+ killstreaks at least once, sometimes twice a game. i get a 20+ killstreak easy on some maps. sub base is my fave!

First find the right spots on each map. I do something similar to Johnny's method as well.

IMO the care package is not a very good killstreak reward if you have others available. The extent of the rest of your killstreak can depend a lot on what you get in that stupid package. I use predator missle at 5 kills. If you know your maps well, this can be easily attainable. Predator = at least 1 kill. Get one more kill and you have harrier air strike. If you place your harrier right, then you can easily just hide and let your harrier get the 4 more kills needed for ac130 or chopper gunner. 15-20 kill streak easy right there. Hardest part is getting the first 5 kills.

Be patient. It might take awhile of camping to get the first 5 kills, but your streak will take off once you get your rewards.

Johnny, do you only play Team Deathmatch? If you are doing Domination, do you just mainly go for kills and not capture points? Cause if you are going back and forth between a few different points, you obviously won't be getting any capture points.

regardless of your strategy (camping, running around, combination, sniping, etc), the key is to equip killstreaks that suit your style and pros/cons

in general, i'd say 5-predator, 7-harrier, 11-chopper gunner / ac-130

regardless of your play style, if you can get to 5 kills (or 4 with hardline / hardline pro), you can launch the predator...if the map/situation is right, you should be able to get at least 1 kill with the predator...if you can get 2, you'll automatically unlock the harrier...if you can get at least 1 kill with the initial harrier strike, and hopefully 3 others when the harrier is patrolling, you'll unlock chopper gunner / ac-130 and be able to get a lot more kills

not really advice specific to play styles, but strategic KS reward setups

im about to get online btw...my testicles are both empty so i figure why not

So when you guys get a harrier or air strike or something, do you usually wait until your team has a UAV up or something? The few times I've gotten a harrier in a care-package, I obviously can't really tell where any enemies are unless it's a domination game and they are trying to capture a point.

if you have no idea then just call it in the center of the map because the harrier can take out opponents from far away

but if you know where your team is then you should have a general idea where the other team is spawning

haha, i like it. SPITF is the text message that my friends and I send out to let the others know they're online. A call to action, if you will. SPITFIRE is clever and whatnot, but I like the simplicity of SPITF. Plus, saying that you're "SPITFing" is kinda funny, while saying you're "SPITFIREing" just sounds dirty.
