I'm not worried about ACCT seeding at this point. We're tied for 4th and we have yet to play the top 3 teams in the ACC and have several other tough games.

I'll keep pulling for UNC to continue losing and just hope we can win enough games that it won't matter what teams like Cuse and VT are doing.

We need VT and all the other midlevel teams to lose as many games as possible. We aren't going to run away with an NCAAT bid nor are we going to run away with a top 4 seed. If you're expecting that, you're just dumb. We will most likely be within 1 game of a bunch of ACC teams.

We need the bottom teams to win as many games as possible against the rest of the ACC but VT is a special case because we can't take care of business against them. They already beat us and would own a tiebreaker with us.

Keep in mind it was a home game for VT and those are the losses that are especially damaging. It really pisses me off to see the cliche type of state fan who would rather see UNC fail than state succeed.

i was gonna say that but UVA is our best win so its complicated.

This game was bad for our ACC hopes.
This game was good for our NCAA hopes.


One thing is for sure though this game doesn't hurt UNC and UNC losses going forward have more potential to hurt NC State than they have to hurt UNC. UNC's fate is sealed so you guys need to be prepared to cheer for UNC against Notre Dame and Syracuse.
