I have shovelled 31 cubic yards of topsoil in the last 3 days. Then seeded and strawed some indian dudes yard.

Shoulders and triceps workout and a 21 minute 5K. I'm slowly getting my 5K towards the 20 minute plateau. Goals...set 'em.

I did some HIIT cardio today, circling the neighborhood a few times. It felt good to get back into sprinting.

Tomorrow I'm going to pick up my squat rack and bench from home, and hopefully I can convince some people to come over and lift after work.

tonight I'm going to finish applying my third coat of paint to my weight set, and by Friday I'll be ready to apply the white lettering to them.

I still need to go pick up my 100lb plates and paint them, but I think I'm only going to pick up 2 for now. I think I'm going to hold off on getting my squat stands and just buy a power cage.

don't waste your time with full body workouts. the only thing they are remotely good at is raising growth hormone levels, and you can get a better GH response from wearing a sweatsuit.
