Program shows 4 cases.
Case 1: 622 pound model, but surprisingly mobile. Also does private sessions with men who have a fat fetish. Very happy with her size and thinks she looks beautiful.
Case 2: 210 pound woman runs a size-acceptance night club. This segment actually seemed normal.
Case 3: 500+ pound single mother has phobia of being 'thin', where thin is < 400 pounds. I feel bad for her; she got fucked over by her mother and then by her step mother. Has 2 kids, younger girl--all she wants is her mother to play with her--she gave birth to when she was 532 pounds, a WR. Older one is 17 and his mother's carer. Wants to lose about 80 pounds, and says she will do anything for her kids, but hasn't lost any weight yet. Not very mobile.
Case 4: 717 pound 'gainer' who engages in "feederism" with her skinny 'feeder' fiance. They met when she was 500 pounds, and he introduced her to "feederism". She accepted, and has purposely gained 200+ pounds. He is her full time shopper, food preparer, and carer. (Where do they get the money from?) She basically can't get off the bed, where she stays and eats all day. Happy being large, and wants to get larger. Says she is 'healthy'. The worst segment by far, and one of the weirdest things I have ever seen.
