he was in about the best possible position to contest the shot...what he didnt have was the strength to stop lebron, plain and simple

it seemed as though he had just turned in that direction and by that time Lebron was already committed. Like I said, earlier in the game, Lebron went baseline and tried the same thing and KG stopped him pretty easily, so it's not like he's not stong enough. Granted, he fouled him, but I imagine he would've done the same thing had he been able to.

^^wtf is the story with that?

Also, why in the hell doesn't LeBron do that 5 times a game? with his size, speed, and strength, he could do that almost whenever the fuck he wants.

And that dunk has nothing on Baron Davis abusing Jermaine O'Neal

^^ Second. What's the story behind those pictures?

EDIT. Googling "lebron woman at game" yielded the result.

god that lebron dunk is so overrated

the way people are talking about it today you'd think it was made at the last second to win game 7 of the finals by 1 point

Lebron-mom thing reminds me of when chris paul punched julius hodge in the nuts, and hodge was on the floor for about 5 mins. His family from harlem was at the game, and his brother came down on the court to check him out, and hodge was trying to get him to get off the court. They ended up escorting the brother off the court.

my hatred of Detroit and the state of Michigan aside...I think that whole "DEEETROIT BASKETBAAAAALL" thing sounds retarded

kinda like the "NNNNN CCCCC STAAAATE N C STATE" cheer that we do at football/bball games

except Detroit actually wins the games, therefore, a stark contrast.

They do because they are hyped up, we do it as a last ditch effort to motivate the team.

I think they just do it because they just got the ball via a turnover

or it could be because the PA announcer yells it over the speaker

Hah... is there a better bench camera shot than Ronny Turiaf?

When ESPN does the Lakers games they should have ESPNU with a camera focused on soley Turiaf and then ESPNClassic with a camera on Nicholson... sort of like the full access they do for college fb games from time to time..

THIS is the NBA - Incredible shooters, making any defense for the most part look bad. Flopping every chance they get, and this is where the soccer rule should come into play, if you flop, you get a foul/warning whatever. Then there is the hard foul, or not even a hard foul, just looks like a nasty foul...where both teams get into it.

*Pistons bitch like none other - Wallace is a hugeee reason for that and i cant stand them
*Spurs are equivalent to duke - they have perfected the art of flopping while having the best fundamentals in the game...which also leads to them being the most boring team (see duncans freethrows).
*Lakers - how can you NOT like to watch this team. Best player in the league, and personally i think the best PLAYER (individual skill) ever (yes more than MJ, flame away). Derek Fisher probably one of the nicest guys in the NBA. Walton, we all know you love his dad and his commentary, might as well love his son. Gasol is just nasty. And they have one of the best coaches to ever coach the game.
*Cavs - you cant hate anything about this team, except when lebron isnt playing like we all know he can and thats what we want to see when we see them play.
*Boston is overrated as shit, really good players..yet their team aint shit
*Dont give a shit about the Jazz, or Paul and the Hornets,

Paul is pretty entertaining to watch, and it's so nice to see a bunch of young guys outhustle the robots on the spurs

Paul pushing off like it's his job... 4 fouls early in the 3rd.

Not good. Not good at all. This one is going 7.

More proof that the Spurs are the Duke of the NBA....what a bunch of faggots.

I would give anything for a free shot at Bruce Bowen.
