I said I couldn't really see Boudreau getting fired, but this comment from Leonsis in his blog is a bit telling:
Quote : | " I believe our hockey IQ seemed low this series and we didn’t adjust well on the ice to the new schemes coming our way. " |
I wonder if they'll make a switch. Maybe bring in a hardline defensive guy with an actual system like Ken Hitchcock.4/29/2010 1:01:51 PM |

^^ ted is literally the only guy who i feel even a little sorry for
from his blog:
Quote : | "Congratulations to the Montreal franchise. They move on and we stay home and answer questions and do some serious soul searching. But the better team won fair and square." |
^ they need defensive players too . . . i'm a little worried that they'll pay for volchenkov

in regards to that article above about Versus and the NHL. Whoever the person was that said "on Versus the NHL stands out". Of course it fucking stands out when it's lead ins are fishing and caribou hunting or paid programming knife shows. If Versus really wants to get real they'd get a damn NHL highlights show and start broadcasting more than one obscure game a week. 4/29/2010 3:58:06 PM |

I could really care less what else is on the network as long as they keep the two games a week and all the playoff games they do, because ESPN insists on running the damn bottomline 100% of the time now, and that really takes away from a great picture, and hockey in HD is the greatest. 4/29/2010 5:38:27 PM |

How long do you think NBC would let this game stay on if it ends up going to OT while preempting their 4 hour Kentucky Derby pre-race coverage?
