the media will sensationalize any story - and if they find any dirt on Laura they most definitely will air it. no one is putting Laura on a pedestal as no one is perfect - but Grant in this case wasn't the one chopped up and left in muddy creek so he becomes the target.

i've been on both sides of this kind of situation - i knew Laura but I've also had a family member murder another man a few years ago. he had a bad reputation, but of course post mortem he was instantly a saint and my aunt the unforgiveable murderer. i by no means believe my aunt should have done what she did, but I realize it can be as devastating for the accused family and friends as the victim's.

and to reinforce Sparky's annoucement...especially if you knew Laura, please come to the memorial on Saturday to support her family

^^ I see what you're saying, and I don't think the public should ever be deprived of details in a news report. Unfortunately, we live in a biased world, and news agencies have agendas; the types of things they report, the emphasis they place on them...You can't expect them to draw sympathy away from the victim in most cases, because that's the sort of thing that keeps people reading/watching/paying attention to their news organization.

I am James Harrison, (her prior boyfriend before Grant) Laura didn't "Sling vag around" Laura was loyal and dedicated to the person she was with. She wasn't even very social (on the night scene, or dating scene) She went to bed every night at 10, and pursued her career during the day. she was working on becoming a real estate agent (as well as looking into other ventures)


I met laura at Sammy's on Avent Ferry in somewhere in 2004-2005ish.. i remember it clearly.. I was playing at their one and only pool table.. and Laura was playing Golden Tee... or Buck Hunter or something.

Since that day there have only ever been 2 guys in her life... myself, and grant after we broke up.

You know nothing about Laura so leave your idiotic assumptions at the door.

Grant was manipulating, controlling, and threatening to her. Had I known, i would have dealt with him directly.
