I was mad b/c there were no borgata poker tourneys besides the sngs today

my big hand of the day was when 1 from the button i limped with 5h5c and 3 others were in including the BB (I had $1800ish in front of me)

so 5 to the flop

flop comes 10h 6h 7d

people check around to the super aggressive guy directly to my right, with about $1200 who only plays paint and ace-x. Although that sounds contradicting, when he'd get QJ, he'd play it like KK, and had mentioned he didnt play pps lower than 9. I saw him fold 66 for $5 in the sb one time.

With 55 in the pot he fires out 60, i call thinking he probably had like KQ, KJ, QJ etc. That and he would consistently throw out the obligatory bet if everyone checks to him. So i call weary of a heart and high card, and thinking i can steal it on the turn. Everyone else flods

the turn is the 3c

so it is 10h 6h 7d 3c

With the pot $175, He quickly bets $180. I raise to $500. He thinks about it and calls ( i could almost see him counting outs).

He goes all in with his remaining about $600, thinking he has KhQh so i say it out loud and I call.

he flips over KhJh

I win my biggest pot of the day. I was just lucky that this guy was easy $ i guess.



My biggest loss was when i hit middle set and this horrible dude called a $200 bet with a gutshot and an over to the board and hit the gutshot. his reasoning was that he though if he hit his A he was good. I was like wtf ever dude.


Anyways it was a pretty productive day. I had my biggest $/hr at a casino ever (though ive only been like 4 times). I went with $1500, came back with $5100

u2 Boobs... that was an amazing play with the 55 above.

I played a bunch of tourneys online today including the $500 on paradise, a few $200s and a few $100s. I made the final table in two big $100 mtt's with about $10k for 1st in each... but I ended up getting 8th and 7th in them, only paying out about $1k each So even with those final tables, I lost about $500 on the day. Oh well, can't win EVERY day!

lol while im on the way back to manhattan, im playing a $50+5 tourney with about 400 in it on pokerstars

about 100 left and im at a table with a bunch of morons who keep passing around chips

im in like 36th position

but i swear ive never seen so many bad players at one table

near the final table, I got lucky... nothing big at the final table except one that was basically a race... but all on the flop.

Tuna bet out his flush draw and gut shot, and I reraised all in with mid pair, K kicker (pretty sure in that spot I was ahead. And thankfully, it held up! That was when we were 3 handed though... no big chances before then.
